When you create a new template, yous start with an existing template (Bare, or any other template), make changes, then save information technology every bit a custom template. The original template remains unchanged. Custom templates appear in the My Templates category in the template chooser.

Note: Just templates that appear in the template chooser can exist used to create new templates. If you want to use a custom template that'due south not in the template chooser, install it first.
